Interim Partners was established by Doug Baird in 2003 with the aim of providing exceptional interim managers to deliver turnarounds for private equity backed, leveraged or distressed businesses.

Since then, we've developed our offering to provide a wide range of services to support organisations in both the private and public sector. We delighted clients, found challenging roles for interims, and won a number of awards along the way.

Today, our global reach enables us to place interim professionals across the world. As part of the wider New Street Group, we employ 50+ people and are continuing to expand rapidly.

Sunday Times Fast Track - UK's 26th fastest growing private company. We launch BrightPool to provide consulting, talent pooling and resourcing in Financial Services.

We move to state-of-the-art offices in London's New Street Square. Our Chief Exec, Doug Baird, is a finalist for IoD Young Director of the Year.

We create New Street, offering results-focused Executive Search and Talent Consulting services, underpinned by experienced in-house research.

We launch new digital platform that measures ROI - Return on Interim. Its purpose is to demonstrate value to our clients and increase returns to Executive Interim Managers.

We commission a series of illustrations from renowned Malaysian Artist Tang Yau Hoong. They help bring to life the work we do in a vibrant and original way.

In 2016 our Harrogate office started working with North Yorkshire Youth (NYY) as their CSR partner. We also completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in July 2016 to raise money for our two charity partners.
