Our vision

Interim Partners is committed to supporting communities through fundraising, volunteering, apprenticeships and providing a green working environment. We see value in giving back locally and support organisations that make a social impact in the community where we work.

We have supported a number of charities since the company was founded in 2003. In addition to company partnerships, we are fortunate to have enthusiastic colleagues who have participated in marathons, climbing expeditions and walks to raise money for some fantastic causes including MacMillan Cancer Trust and The Brain Tumour Charity.

We want our teams to be actively engaged in giving back to the community and in 2015 we launched our first employee volunteering programme across our offices in London and Harrogate. 

Investing in the community

As a recruitment agency, we have skills, experience and knowledge in helping people into jobs and supporting businesses to identify suitable candidates for positions. We want to impart this expertise and have chosen charities that support young people into work. This is why we have partnered with Spear and North Yorkshire Youth, both organisations with the aim of helping young people realise their potential, local to our respective offices in London and Harrogate.

We also support the Trussell Trust Foodbanks and the important work they do, providing much needed provisions for families living under the poverty line. We have boxes at our offices that the company donates to weekly and colleagues contribute to.
