As part of the HR team, you will be required to analyse and understand the group's current HRIS. On the back of which, you will build a business case and pull a report together that articulates what the company needs. Within this report will be a cost benefit of the system and then present this in the form of what needs to happen next.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be experienced in the use of 'SAP Success Factors'
- Carried out a similar role before in a large international (UK & European) Manufacturing business
- Be able to engage with the HR Community within the group and externally.
Be capable of engaging with suppliers/vendors to understand how they might use SAP or Workday systems
